Monday Yoga
This class combines the practice of combining a balance between the hard and soft in Asanas. The class explores breath work, seated as well as balance work. The class ends with a restful and relaxing meditation experience.
*All fitness levels welcome.
Thursday evening Yoga
This class is a vinyasa style (flow yoga), linking asana (posture) with breath and movement. You will build strength, stamina, increase flexibility, and finish with relaxation for a feeling of balance and rejuvenation.

Tuesday & Thursday morning
Relaxation/Restorative Yoga
Relax and restore your body though a mindful, soft flow of gentle poses with attention to breath. Develop grace, flexibility, strength, balance, and reduce stress in a class designed for beginners and advanced students. Modifications and hands-on adjustments are offered, allowing you to explore each pose to your degree of comfort.
*This class is an excellent compliment to those who practice an intense aerobic workout and recommended for all levels.
Wednesday morning
Powerful Flow Yoga/Follow the Teacher
Enjoy practicing in the true sense of a community as you share your breath and energy with fellow students. We will build heat through lots of sweet vinyasas, while exploring more powerful asanas. Connect your breath and your movement in a class where you follow the teacher as you honor your body; embellishing or modifying – all without expectations or judgment.
