Zumba combines dance and fitness training into one high energy workout. Zumba integrates Salsa, Hip Hop & many other genres of international dance flavors. The combination of styles as well as individual dance routines will give the student a strong, consistent aerobic work-out. Zumba combines Latin and International music and concentrates on interval training. You will tone and sculpt your body while having FUN! Zumba is a lively dance party experience for all fitness levels.
