Pre-teenagers to students over 90 all in between have improved their health and well being by participating in one or more of Kim’s Pro Fitness classes and personal training sessions. Our classes will take you to a new fitness level. Whether you a beginner or a seasoned professional, we will help you to achieve your fitness goals. We encourage you to observe a class in progress. Each room has a viewing area and you are welcomed to watch any session that interests you. Please come and try one of our classes at any time. Your first trial class is Free.
